Scaling in Angle Resolved Electrical Transport Measurements on κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2

چکیده

We report on surgie crystal electrical transport measurements on ~-(BEDTTTF)2Cu(NCS)2 in an externat magnetic field applied at dilferent angles with respect to trie superconducting layers. By measuring trie in-plane resistivity versus temperature we can reveal a thermally activated behavior in trie vortex liquid phase and are able to extract trie angular dependence of trie activation energy. Voltage versus current measurements lead to angle dependent values for trie critical current Jc. Dur data can be fitted succesfully within trie framework of trie anisotropic effective mass model resulting m an estimate for trie amsotropy parameter ~ = (ab/(c ~3 40 l10.
